My coins or upgrades disappeared.
Progress is stored on your device and included in iCloud/iTunes backups. Deleting the app deletes progress; restoring from a backup brings it back. There is no cross-device sync yet.

I bought Remove Ads or coins and didn't get it.
Open Shop → Restore Purchases. Non-consumable purchases (Remove Ads, 2× Coins) restore on any device signed into the same Apple ID. Coin packs are consumed on delivery and cannot be restored — if one never arrived, contact us with your App Store receipt.

A stage says "Not Clean Enough".
Each stage has a collection target. If you reach the finish below it, upgrade Weight Limit or Suction Power and replay — cleared stages can be replayed for coins from the stage map.

How do I stop seeing ads?
Purchase Remove Ads in the Shop. Rewarded ads (Revive, Double Coins) are always optional and only play when you tap them.
